software company registered at Amtsgericht Düren, HRB 10446 (VAT ID
DE463968293), based in Hürtgenwald, Germany. TradeOnyx.io is a
trading-journal SaaS — it is NOT a broker, holds no client funds and
accepts no deposits. It is NOT affiliated with the defunct broker
"TRADEONYX" (tradeonyx.com) that financial regulators have warned
about; the two share nothing but a similar name.

## Audience

International retail and prop-firm traders, with first-class German tax and
language support. The product's priorities are data ownership, stated limits,
and detecting the trader's own cognitive bias rather than selling signals.
